Be there for the people who are there for others.
Finding your feet? You're in the right place.
Whether they’re in training, newly qualified or have been doing this for years, counsellors need a space of their own too. For the things the work brings up. For the things life brings up. And for trainees, personal therapy is often part of the course.
And that’s where you come in.
Through ACN’s qualified counsellor service, you can offer paid therapy to fellow counsellors and psychotherapists, from trainees completing their personal therapy hours to experienced practitioners. You may also see clients who need the experience of a qualified counsellor rather than our low-cost trainee service.
Because the people who hold space for others deserve a space of their own, too.
Your practice. Our network.
We bring the enquiries.
Counsellors looking for a therapist of their own come to ACN, as do clients who need a qualified counsellor rather than our low-cost trainee service. We pass suitable enquiries on to you.
Get paid for your work.
You're paid for the sessions you deliver, and you choose the times you're available.
We handle the admin.
ACN takes client payments and sets up the booking and session systems, so you can focus on the therapy.
A simple platform fee.
ACN keeps a platform fee from each session payment. We'll explain exactly how it works when we speak.
Work from anywhere private.
Sessions are online, so you can work from any safe, confidential space.
Part of something bigger.
Join a community of counsellors who believe good therapy should be accessible to everyone.
Supporting the people who support others.
Counselling is rewarding work, but it can be heavy too. Counsellors at every stage benefit from a space of their own, and most training courses ask trainees to have personal therapy alongside their studies. Finding the right therapist, at a fee they can manage, isn’t always easy.
Many courses also set their own rules for who a trainee’s personal therapist can be, such as accreditation or a minimum level of experience. We’ll ask about your qualifications and experience so we can match trainees with counsellors who meet their course’s requirements.
