Our low cost  therapy sessions are offered  online. Each low cost counselling session is charged at£25 and lasts for 50 minutes. If the cost feels unmanageable we are able to offer concessionary rates.  We have a multi-disciplinary team of caring, empathic professional counsellors and psychotherapists who are here to welcome all of you, the bits of yourself you like, and the bits you don’t. Together you’re invited to explore anything you are struggling with in your life and make personal changes. Through the initial free consultation, we match you with a therapist that has the skills you need and is available at a time and day that suits you. We are able to offer appointments from 8am-8pm weekdays and also at the weekend.
